Craigieburn One Health Medial Centre is under new management, new administration and has new General Practitioners.

For all new patients there is a New Patient Registration fee of $20 which is payable on the day of your consultation.

The Clinic requires 24 hours notice for cancellation of all patients appointment.

All patients will incur a $40 Non Attendance fee if your consultation has not been cancelled within 24 hours of your booking your appointment.

All cancellation fees are payable before making your next appointment at the Clinic.
